SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from the following Shipping Origin (Logistics Warehouse):
Hong Kong, San Tin Kwu Tung Road DD96
This logistics warehouse is not the Company Registered Office.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After payment is received, orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include transit time and may be affected by order verification, product availability, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
After processing and handover to the carrier, estimated transit times are:

These delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, remote-area delivery, and other events outside our control may affect the final delivery date.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of US$39.99 or more. Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be charged a shipping fee shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
When an order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with the order. If tracking is available from the carrier, the tracking information will be included in or made available through the shipping confirmation.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete, inaccurate, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, contact info@familycoree.com for assistance. Any reshipment arrangement and applicable shipping charge will be confirmed with you before the order is resent.
7. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
For a damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing item, contact info@familycoree.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs or other relevant evidence. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.
